How to use it on the body.

1. Apply it before bedtime. Pour the lotion generously onto the skin and massage well until completely absorbed by the skin.

2. Make it thicker to achieve great exfoliation.

3. Repeat application 3x with 15 minute interval.

4. You can shower in the morning, however, do not use soap or scrub on the area where you apply the scrub

lotion.

6. Wait at least 5-7 days for your old skin to peel off.

Don't force your skin to exfoliate waiting for your skin to loosen new skin before exfoliating.

7. Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight during application, and the peeling phase one week after peeling.

8. Use a high SPF lotion during the day after peeling
