Product Description
They are Filipino fried noodles made from wheat flour egg noodles. These pastas are also known as flour sticks. It is usually cooked with shrimp, chicken, meat and vegetables. The usual seasoning is soy sauce, and calamansi is also squeezed over it before eating.
cooking method
It's fairly easy to make and usually done in 10 to 15 minutes only if you use really basic ingredients.
- Fry garlic and onions in oil.
- Stir-fry meat (chicken or meat and shrimp).
- Stir vegetables.
- Add liquid and spices.
- Add the canton pancit noodles and cook until most of the liquid is absorbed and the noodles are fully cooked.
